Shipping & Local Pickup

Plant Thyme currently offers local pickup and limited delivery within Northeast Ohio for our living habitat gardens and larger items.

Because many of our products contain live plants or fragile natural materials, they are not available for standard shipping at this time.

Smaller items such as garden tools, educational kits, or botanical products may be shipped within the United States when available.

Details for pickup or delivery will be provided after purchase or arranged through our contact page.

Order Processing Times 

All orders ship from the United States.

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day

You will receive a shipping confirmation email & tracking number once your order has shipped

If we experience a delayed processing time (weather, supply delays, etc.), we will notify you.

We currently ship within the continental United States.
Shipping rates are simple and transparent:

Economy Shipping (Free)

Orders $79.00 and up

Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days


Standard Shipping

Orders $0.00–$73.99

$6.95 flat rate

Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days


Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days)

Available for all order amounts

$14.95 flat rate

Estimated Delivery: 1–2 business days

Please note: Express shipping applies to carrier transit time only. Our 1–3 day processing window still applies.


Shipping Notes

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Orders ship from the U.S.

Large orders may arrive in multiple packages.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, including Canada.
This is due to customs restrictions, transit delays, product handling issues, and high international shipping costs that impact customer experience.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, we will update this policy and notify email subscribers.


Address Issues & Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at nicki@plant-thyme.com with photos and your order number so we can help.
