Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
Due to customs restrictions and reliability issues with herbal products, we currently ship within the United States only to ensure the best customer experience.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on unopened, unused products in their original condition.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

What if my package arrives damaged?
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Are your products safe for goats, cows, poultry, and other livestock?
Yes — all formulas are crafted with species-safe, plant-based ingredients traditionally used for livestock and homestead animals.
If a product is intended for a specific species (e.g., goats only), it will be clearly stated on the product page.
Are your formulas vet-approved?
Our products are made using traditional herbal practices, farm-tested experience, and research-backed botanical ingredients.
